We offer a comprehensive range of washroom services that include:

Water management - A choice of saving up to 85% of urinal water costs (average for an unmanaged urinal is £450 per annum !!) or going completely waterless and saving 100% of urinal water costs - this system is environmentally sound and backed by The Environment agency and The National Trust, to name but a few.

Soap dispensers

Our soap dispenser is the Vectair Sanitex unit http://www.vectair.co.uk/sanitex.html and dispenses a soap (very similar to "Dove" in foam, spray or liquid format. Fits in with the "family" of dispensers (Airoma and Quadrasan) and is also availiable in brushed satin or bright chrome. The Sanitex unit is attractive and when fully serviced provide a more cost effective alternative to bars of soap or "pump" soaps which often get stolen !

Sanitary units - A discreet service for the ladies for safe and hygienic disposal of sanitary waste. Legislation is in place which puts a "duty of care" on the producer of this type of "controlled waste". The producer has to demonstrate an audit trail of where the waste has gone. Our system allows for this traceability.

Toilet seat sanitisers - an alcohol wipe dispenser to sanitise the toilet seat before use. Toilet seats are normally extremely heavily contaminated with pathogenic bacteria.
