We have just had our annual ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System audit and we are delighted to report that the audit was (in my humble opinion) the best ever.

When you get comments like "Excellent Throughout - Very Efficient" it makes you kind of proud (that sounded a little American there !) and makes you feel like all of the record keeping, customer and supplier auditing, etc etc is worth while !

Anyway - "Phew" - it's over and done with for another year but in the same breath "very Well Done" to our Quality Manager Debbie Kovacs for masterminding the whole thing and keeping the records straight.
