We have recently been on the recieving end of some fantastic comments about our service quality from none other than DEFRA (The Department for Food and Rural Affairs) www.defra.gov.uk which we are well chuffed with.

The comments came out of an in depth inspection of a Pet Food factory that we look after and can be summed up in just one sentence;

"The Pest Control is the best we have ever seen in a site such as yours - nothing short of amazing !"

Big pat's on the back to Alan Brown and Gordon Unthank for carrying out all of the hard work at the site and to Jane King for masterminding the site inspection administration regime - really well done to the three of you.

It's worth mentioning that we took this site off of a much larger competitor who was making a right old mess of the work - the aforementioned team have made a huge difference to the site and the challenges that it presents.
