We love praise. Everybody loves praise. Guess what ?...........we've just had some........and we feel GREAT !!! Here's an extract from an email that we've just had from the Quality Manager at a site that we took off of a national competitor - I think you'll like it................. "Hi Martin, Just a really big thank you following a site audit yesterday by one of our major clients .pleased to say all went well. A massive massive thanks to Jane and Steve we certainly could not have gone as far as we did with the audit with out their help and expertise . The clients were very pleased also with both the service and the up keep of the file from yourselves Many Thanks again" Pretty good eh ???
