We place a great deal of importance in training and knowledge.

People that know what they are doing stand a good chance of doing a good job for our customers. Add to this the fact that we are often dealing with toxic substances and pathogenic bacteria from pests and washroom areas and you would expect people doing the jobs that we do to be up to speed with the latest methods and procedures.

To this end we train put all of our employees through a rigorous 7 week training schedule when they start with us and then we place them on industry specific courses (run outside of the company) until they have been through all of the basic disciplines of the job. Once this has been completed staff are placed on refresher "workshop" days to make sure that their knowledge and expertise is kept bang up to date.

Training records are always availiable on request and can be sent to you in database or individual certificate formats.

Keeping training records for contractors is becoming more of an important issue - otherwise how do you know if the company carrying out your work has put a "competent person" on the job ?
